18795 NE 73rd Street | Redmond, WA Developed as a build-to-suit for FedEx Ground Package Systems, Inc., this facility is the largest industrial building in Redmond, WA.  The state-of-the-art distribution center houses a custom, built-in-place conveyor system that runs 24 hours a day, sorting and organizing packages for shipping from the 62 loading bays.  The facility is the first of FedEx's buildings to achieve LEED Silver certification, setting a precedent for all future FedEx facilities.
