Homeport Building and Marina

135 Lake Street South | Kirkland, WA Homeport is a waterfront retail/office building and private marina built in 1976.  The building offers two floors of garage parking, a rarity in Kirkland, and approximately 36,000 square feet of retail/office space on two floors, including Anthony's Homeport Restaurant, a local chain of waterfront seafood restaurants with over thirty locations in the Pacific Northwest.  The marina, completely rebuilt in 2005/2006 contains 115 boat slips on fee-simple land on Lake Washington, 100 of which are protected by a new breakwater.
