22511-22519 Highway 99 | Edmonds, WA Formerly a Kmart anchored center, the Edmonds Shopping Center was re-tenanted in 2002 to include Washington state’s second 99 Ranch Market and a Rite Aid drug store. 99 Ranch Market is a large-format Chinese specialty grocer and is the master leaseholder for the entire market & shops space (excluding Rite Aid), which is subleased to a variety of restaurants, beauty services, and other businesses that focus on Chinese and other Asian consumers. A drive-thru pad was constructed in 2005 for Bigfoot Java, a growing, regional 24-hour coffee shop with over 30 Western Washington locations.
