Market Street Buildings

228-234 Market Street | Kirkland, WA The Market Street Building is a mid-century office building located next to a Ziply Fiber telecom facility.  PMF Real Estate Services brokered the acquisition of the Market Street Building on behalf of Ziply Fiber to combine the two properties for a future redevelopment.  The current plan comprises an extension to the existing telecom equipment building across both lots.  The new building would encompass approximately 40,000sf of office use and 10,500sf for telecom equipment with three levels of parking.
