Tim Jackson

Executive Vice President, Acquisitions and Development
Timothy Jackson joined PMF Investments in 2015 and currently serves as Executive Vice President – Acquisitions and Development. In this role, Mr. Jackson is responsible for executing the strategic plan for growing the Company’s portfolio through acquisitions and new development projects.  Prior to joining PMF Investments, Mr. Jackson served as Vice President – Acquisitions and Development at Wallace Properties, during which time he managed the Sustainable Living Innovation multifamily project in the University of Washington District which won a NAIOP award for being the most innovative project of the year. Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Jackson held staff positions in government and worked with elected officials on local and regional policy issues with a focus on infrastructure and smart and sustainable growth.
Mr. Jackson received his B.S. in political science pre-law from Washington State University and completed the Commercial Real Estate Program at the Wright Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Washington. Mr. Jackson is an active member of ICSC and was one of the youngest professionals ever nominated to chair the ICSC Western U.S. Division Convention and also served as the state and government affairs director for Washington State.
